ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Budtender Certificate bundle includes both the Cannabis Professional and Customer Service for Cannabis Retail. Prepare to work with Cannabis as a store employee, manager, or one of the many positions within retail space. In this course, we will discuss the history and folklore of this plant, its anatomy, cannabinoid science, customer service in the cannabis industry, as well as discussions about the law and current regulations. This course will prepare retail marijuana employees to best serve customers, with both medical and “recreational” adult users in mind.
